Terms of Service
Last updated: May 6, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the RocketBench service operated by WestLink LLC (“RocketBench,” “we,” “our”). By signing up or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
The service
RocketBench accepts tickets you tag (in Linear, Jira, GitHub, or similar tools) and uses AI plus engineering review to deliver working code back to you, typically as a pull request or comment. The exact capability and quality of output depends on the ticket, the tool you use, and the codebase you connect.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction. If you’re using RocketBench for a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

- You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
- Keep your login credentials secret. Anything done via your account is your responsibility.
- You may have one account per person or organization unless we agree otherwise.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You will not use the service to:
- Generate code that violates applicable law or third-party rights (including IP).

- Submit data you don't have rights to (private code from another organization, regulated personal data without legal basis, etc.).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

Your content stays yours. You own the code we deliver for your tickets, and we don’t claim any rights in your existing codebase. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the service.
Our platform stays ours. The RocketBench service, including pipeline orchestration, prompts, evaluators, and brand, remains our property and that of our licensors.
We may use anonymized usage data(e.g. failure rates, latency, model performance) to improve the service. We don’t train third-party models on your data.
Trial and paid plans
- The free trial lets you submit a limited number of tickets at no cost. Trial windows and limits are listed in your dashboard and may change.
- Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Fees, billing frequency, and included usage are described at signup.
- You can cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We don't prorate partial months.
- We may change pricing for new sign-ups at any time. Pricing changes for existing customers will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

We aim for high availability but don’t offer a contractual SLA on trial accounts. Paid plans may include availability commitments described in your order form. We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, or temporarily restrict the service when needed for security or operational reasons.
Third-party services
Connecting Linear, GitHub, Slack, Jira, or similar third-party services means you also agree to those services’ terms. We aren’t responsible for their availability or behavior. You can revoke our access at any time from those services’ settings.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms or for non-payment. On termination, your right to use the service ends. We’ll delete or anonymize your data per our Privacy Policy.
